Google has one for free.

It includes reminders that can text your phone.
I know a few people that use it. Handy as its online so you can view it anywhere. Can be public, private or mixed.

VRAD has a public one, under Events, Calendar. http://vrad.ca/
I use a Desktop one thats also free called Rainlender. It has a Calendar, To Do and Event list with alarms. Its simple but effective if your needs are modest. I mostly just use the Calendar as I have a Palm computer.
