Microsoft competes with itself

A recent article in Windows Secrets illustrates how Microsoft charges $10/mo US for MSN Premium service whereas the same services are available for free in Windows Live or are included in Windows. As over 8.2 million people use MSN Premium, either as subscribers or through their ISP’s, this is a notable point.

Myself, I use neither service as I prefer other free tools I mention here elsewhere. But if you do use MSN, you may find the article of use.
