Star Dust

A minor post on the origins of star dust. Or more accurately space dust, which they suggest may be produced by exploding stars. To me, this article ignores several important points:

1) The creation of the elements of which the dust is made requires a solar furnace. ie: a star.

2) They touch on the idea that stars may simply produce dust. But duh – What happens when you burn stuff? Stars would naturally produce lots of dust. Blowin’ in the solar wind…

3) They also seem to assume that there is only one source of dust. Everything produces dust. It must be an axiom of house cleaners.
