Batch Folder creation

Scott Dunn over at Windows Secrets has produced a couple of great hacks for folder creation.

In File Management +, I mentioned bxNewFolder to give Windows Explorer a new folder button – 2 less clicks.
In Scott’s article, he gives you the hack for a right-click link to create a Todays Date sub-folder. This can be handy when downloading photos for example. Even better, he goes on to show how to create a batch file you can run from the context menu. Just right-click a folder and type the new sub-folder names. It then creates all the folders with those names.

If you do any volume of file handling you’ll know what a boon this is. (about 4 staff at my old office handle thousands of documents a day)
